FAQ

Before you start.

What if the driver has no signal?

The checklist is saved step by step on the phone. If the signal drops while sending, nothing is lost and it goes out when the connection is back.

Will my drivers be able to use it?

They sign in with their ID and a PIN, on their own phone. Each step shows a few checks, with big buttons and the camera one tap away. We train them during the rollout.

Does it fit my industry and my vehicle types?

Yes. Each vehicle type has its own template (tractor with flatbed, dump trailer, stake bed, crane truck, pickup and more) and you decide which items are critical for your operation.

Does it connect with SAP or another ERP?

Yes. We integrate with SAP, Odoo and ManWinWin, and with any system that has an API, a database or file exports. We scope it around your operation.

Can I bring my current forms?

Yes. We load your current checklists (paper, Excel or online forms) so you start with what your team already knows.

Where does my data live?

Each company's data is kept apart from everyone else's, and you can export it to Excel whenever you want.
